Biography:
Evan Wilson (b.2000, Dublin) is a multi-disciplinary visual artist whose practice explores masculinities, queer identity and how they interact with the digital landscape. His work engages with body image, power and performance themes, drawing on his lived experience to create digital and physical works. He is pursuing an MFA in Fine Art at NCAD and co-curates exhibitions as part of the Áit collective. Recently Wilson showed Deposition of Pontius (2025) at GHN30:Out of the Strong Came Forth Sweetness at the Naughton Institute in May 2025. Recent achievements include the Agility Award from Arts Council Ireland 2023 and an acquisition of his degree show work into the NCAD collection.
